📝 Hotel Policies

✅ Valid government ID proof is mandatory at check-in for all guests.
✅ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
✅ Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms.
✅ Pets are not allowed on the property.
✅ Outside food and loud music are not permitted inside the rooms.
✅ Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 9:00 PM.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Please note that Hotel City Gold follows a strict cancellation policy to ensure fair planning and operations:

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in date.
  
  

• For cancellations made 8 to 14 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  
  

• For cancellations 15 days or more in advance, a 90% refund will be processed (10% processing fee applies).
  
  

• In case of no-shows or early check-outs, no refund will be issued.
  
  

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
